Four-Color Printing

 

Unlike many print shops, we have the ability to print four-color process for producing full color photographs or graphic images. Our specialty in this field is that we will give you a top quality product in the quantities you need no matter how small.

Four-color process can help to give your company an image you can be proud of. In today's competitive marketplace, you need to project the best image you can. And colorful marketing materials can give you that extra edge.

And that's not the end of the story. We can add varnish for extra luster and depth.

Varnish can also be used to create special effects, such as a repeating "wall-paper" effect of your logo for the inside cover of your brochure. If you want to make a great impression, this "fifth color" may be the answer.

 
  
 In four-color process printing, each of the four colors used for printing are separated. Each color becomes a separate halftone, made up of various- sized dots as in black and white halftones. When they are printed, each using its own printing plate, your eyes and mind blend these four colors to create the "illusion" of virtually millions of colors.

 
       
 Cyan (blue) only.  Magenta (red) over cyan.  Yellow with magenta and cyan.  Black finished the process and brings up the detail.
